Coming Soon: We are currently designing a customized version of the Sugarhill Model to be built on the 20,000 square foot site shown above on 1146 Sterling Road in Herndon, Virginia.

This model will feature 9'6" first-floor ceiling heights, a luxurious first-floor master suite, and countless upgrades throughout approximately 4,400 finished square feet.
